Nana Amoah, CNM, MPH, is a Certified Nurse Midwife and public health enthusiast, as well as a three-time Emory graduate. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish in 2017, followed by a Master of Public Health with specializations in Behavioral Sciences, Health Education, and Maternal and Child Health. Passionate about improving maternal health outcomes and patient advocacy, Nana worked in research and public health before returning to Emory to pursue both a Master of Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing. During her clinical training at hospitals across Georgia, she cared for hundreds of women and provided high-quality birth services.
She is especially dedicated to educating new mothers on pregnancy, breastfeeding, and postpartum care. Outside of work, Nana enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
